Joe Biden Legalizes Cannabis?

The news is that amnesty will be granted to all those who have been imprisoned for committing a federal crime by possessing marijuana. At least that is what US President Joe Biden promised in early October. But how many people would be affected by the current amnesty? Exactly how big a step is this?

Our conclusion is that the direction is correct, but the global reality is basically symbollic. It still has real meaning and a very concrete message though.
